Colleen is a proud, born and raised Saskatoonian. She has been involved in the housing industry since 1982 and became a licensed Realtor in 2006, continuing on to get her brokers licensed in 2010. Colleen is the owner and broker of North Ridge Realty and when she is not running herd on the agents she can be found keeping her husband Wally out of trouble and spending time with her three grandsons.
Colleen’s passion for real estate began in the early 80’s (when she was just a teenager…wink, wink) and nothing fulfills her more than seeing homes find their forever owners.
